At noon, La Cantine à la une, offers its formula with its starter table, 4 courses to choose from and its table of desserts.
For Bistroquet à la une, it's a slate with different starters, dishes and desserts!
In the evening, the 2 restaurants become Bar Tapas!
Open Tuesday to Saturday for the Bistroquet and 7/7 for the Cantine, we provide the catering service from 19h and 23h. La Cantine welcomes you on Sunday midday with a formula for 20 € (table of starters + meat or fish + table of desserts) and the evening is tapas!
We only work with fresh produce and adapt our menu according to the seasons. We decided to offer original dishes and tapas that stand out from the Toulousaine offer.
On the side of "La Cantine à la une", we also offer formulas for group meals from 35 €!

The latest addition to the "A La Une Family" group created in 2001, "Le Lac du Bistroquet" is a restaurant located on the outskirts of Toulouse in the commune of Aussonne. Faithful to our values, we only work with fresh local products and adapt our menu to depending on the season. We are open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and offer several services: - Lunchtime: A large traditional and very accessible menu of appetizers, dishes and desserts- Evening: A menu of gourmet dishes at share as well as a grilled part over a wood fire. Predators as well as vegetarians are welcome. - Continuous service with a specific menu in the afternoon.
